We offer a range of classes suitable to all levels of fitness and experience including small group classes for those recovering from injury or after a personalised program.
Tamara founded T Form Pilates in 2015 after completing her training through the Australian Pilates Method Association. Her passion for Pilates started well before then.
15 years ago Tamara was introduced to Pilates after wearing a back brace to manage a severe scoliosis. The method helped regain core strength, improve posture and muscular imbalances. These elements are still fundamental to her practice and teaching approach today.

Mum of two, Steph teaches with a beautiful level of empathy. Her approach to teaching goes beyond just the physical wellbeing of her clients which makes her classes warm and welcoming.
With a successful career in Advertising, Pilates started as a passion on the side. A couple of years later and her passion is now her job! Steph is keen to help clients discover freedom through movement and ensures each client gets the individual attention their body deserves.

Liss is a passionate and dedicated teacher who has been teaching the Pilates Method for 5 years. With a dancing background, Alicia brings energy and creativity to her classes, yet is very meticulous when it comes to technique.
She enjoys helping clients achieve goals, whether that be to improve strength, mobility or coordination so that they can lead a comfortable and active life.

Gabi has a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Physiology. With a keen interest in the human body, she then went on to complete her Pilates teaching training.
Outside the studio, Gabs is a keen netballer - she has the height for is that’s for sure!

Our little pocket rocket! An elite Rhythmic Gymnast back in the day, you can expect a unique combination of grace and strength in Lucy’s classes.
She continues to inspire us with her creativity and her endless energy. Lucy is also a Yoga teacher and loves to incorporate some Yoga elements into her classes.

With a bit of Barre up her sleeve and a dancing background, movement has always been part of Laura’s life.
She is courteous and caring and great at tailoring programs to suit the individual to ensure they get get the best out of every workout.. not matter the class size!
