A solid and challenging workout that targets the whole body through controlled movements with attention to core strengthening, posture and flexibility. Our Open classes welcome all levels of experience and fitness, and as we get to know your body we can start to tailor exercises to suit you.
Classes incorporate exercises on the reformer, mat and small equipment.

Pregnancy is the most important time in a women’s life to be looking after her mental and physical health. Due to changes in hormones, body shape and muscular imbalances that occur, it’s important that you exercise safely. Each pregnancy is different so we will prescribe exercises according to your body – how it is feeling and how far along you are.
We welcome women into our ‘Open’ reformer classes, and can tailor exercises to ensure they keep their body healthy through pregnancy, birth and beyond.
If new to Pilates we suggest an Initial Consultation before commencing a Reformer Class.
