Reformer Challenge
There's something exciting about the latter part of the year as it gets lighter and warmer. It's a great time to transform and reshape, and accelerate your fitness levels. This time we're aiming for 4 classes a week for 6 weeks. So whether your goals are to improve technique, increase strength, feel vibrant and fit or all of the above, we're hear to listen and support through the weeks!

Nutrition Bootcamp
Olivia's approach to food is so refreshing and easy to follow. I completed her Bootcamp in April and now understand how and what to feed my body to ensure my metabolism is working efficiently. With the combination of following a meal plan and listening to the weekly education sessions, I learned the key principles of regular eating & drinking, a balance of the 5 food groups and understanding portion sizes, which means I have continued to practice this way of eating beyond the 6 weeks. I now how a much healthier relationship with food because what you learn is sustainable and fits in to everyday life.


Reformer Challenge - $400

  • 4 classes p/wk selected from our Reformer timetable

  • Sessions don't roll over from week to week

  • 9 hr cancellation policy, otherwise you will forfeit your session

  • If you miss a session and wld like to make it up, single sessions are available for purchase

  • If you have a current pack it will be placed on hold until the challenge is completed

  • Payment plan option available!

  • Complete the challenge & receive a $50 T Form voucher

Nutrition Bootcamp - $320
The aim of Olivia’s bootcamp is to help you establish a healthy relationship with food and feel in control of your mind and body. 
Her meal plans are tailored to you. They’re easy, sustainable and affordable with loads of variety and regular eating. Plus a weekly educational tutorial to help you learn HOW, WHY and WHAT to eat.
Her program has been built on evidence based research from her 4 year Nutrition & Dietetics degree and 10 years practice.
